I grew up in Palm Beach County, Fl. After exploring a few years in Alabama and Colorado, I found myself in the Smoky Mountains, where I’ve resided for the last 4 years.
My love for animals started out at a young age and I began working at a veterinary clinic while finishing my senior year of high school. I’ve worked at almost every type of clinic, including large animal, small animal, exotics, wildlife, emergency and a board certified veterinary dentist. The passion I found in 1999 still continues on to this day!
In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering for our local animal welfare community, including the Haywood County Animal Shelter.
When time allows, I travel to local and national dart tournaments, as well as serving on the Western Carolina Dart Associations board of directors.
May 2018 Employee of the Month
Erin is our Employee of the Month and is pretty excited about her front door parking spot! Erin has been with us for a year this month and has been a wonderful addition to the AHOW team. She has been in veterinary medicine since June 1999 and has always had a special place in her heart for all animals. When she is not at work, she volunteers much of her time to some of our local rescue organizations and is highly skilled at playing darts. Happy Anniversary and Congrats on the Employee of the Month. You are very much appreciated.
