The animal hospital of Waynesville staff are so compassionate and caring about our animals. They’ve always been really responsive about test results and kept us fully updated when our sweet Sugar stayed two nights there. They even sent us letters after Sugar passed. I have nothing but positive things to say about them!
The Animal Hospital has always taken great care of our pets. They care as much as we do about our pets and what is best for them. They always give you all the options and keep you fully informed. We recently had to say goodbye to our lab of 16 years. Most caring and compassionate staff who eased a difficult time.
This week we had the unfortunate need to shepherd our 16 yo old cat out of this earthly world. I so appreciate the compassionate care and guidance provided to both our little Leo as well as to me and my husband by Dr Todd, Sarah, Danielle and the office staff. We knew his end was not far away but the termination of his life and our relationship with him was our last act of love for him - gently guided by these generous, loving souls! So grateful to the entire staff of AHW.
The pizza was fresh and made to order. It took a bit longer to get than I expected, but was worth the wait.
The crust was tasty and crisp, and the sauce was not overpowering. All in all, I enjoyed it even if it was a bit pricey.
Total rip-off. Charged for too many unecessary things. Plus, some of the staff are quite rude and snippy. I should have reviewed this place months ago, but I just found Open Door in Asheville. It's worth the drive.
The staff and Dr. Todd were so caring and helpful. I am new to the community and my 3 year old Pomsky took I'll. I called around and Animal Hospital of Waynesville was the only place that took my baby in the same day. I am so grateful to the people here for caring enough to help so fast. It was not an emergency but Shelby had been sick a few days with her stomach. Not only were they kind, caring and compassionate their fees was very reasonable. It's only been 12 hours and with Dr Todd's advice Shelby seems to be feeling better already. I highly recommend this vet. You will find you have a great experience. THANK you to all I interacted with yesterday.
I have been to several vets around the area over the years, and Animal Hospital of Waynesville is now my go-to vet. The online appointment system works like a charm, and I can choose my vet or take who is available. Too, they have good office hours that fit my odd work schedule. And, sadly, when that Rainbow Bridge time comes, they are wonderfully compassionate in assisting with that terrible time.
The best animal hospital in Haywood county dr. Todd and an assistant Liz treated our little Elly dog with the utmost care. They did very thorough testing and also gave us free medicine and food from their pharmacy due to us being low on funds. Definitely recommend.
I really enjoyed all of our prior experiences here, but our last visit wasn’t my favorite. I just think there was a miscommunication and I wasn’t told of any side effects my doggo might experience after a procedure. I felt totally blind sided, but all my prior experiences were great and I think Dr. Todd is amazing with my dog. Thinking about switching my newest kitten over.
The love for our fur babies is shared by the compassionate people at this vet office. By far the best and most thorough care given to out sweet Chihuahuas. Dr. AnnaLee and Dr. Todd do an amazing job of explaining the health issues of our 4-legged babies. Patricia, aka Trish, is the sweetest, most empathetic vet techs I’ve ever encountered! I feel very blessed to have moved to the area and especially blessed to have the Animal Hospital of Waynesville to take care of our loved ones.
They were all very nice... we adopted a cat and they sent it there to get spayed and they have called and checked up on her and we have to go back in and see them so they are very much on top of things. And it was such a pleasant experience going.
I cannot tell you how much Animal Hospital of Waynesville means to us. Our beloved fur baby cat recently died, very suddenly and unexpectedly. And they were just amazing here. They gave us a biodegradable bag to bury him in at home along with a clay paw print keepsake at no extra charge. Dr Todd and Tasha are just awesome.
My wife and I have two dogs, and we have been taking them to the Animal Hospital of Waynesville for over two years. We moved around over the years prior to that, and have experience with different vets. The Animal Hospital of Waynesville is the best vet we have found so far. Their vets and techs do a great job of handling our behaviorally challenged dogs. They are affordable and always give us great advice. They make caring for our dogs easy by sending us care reminders when shots are do.
The entire staff at Animal Hospital of Waynesville go out of their way to be warm and compassionate. My dog walks in the door with his tail held high because he know his friends are there. The care he has received has always been highly professional with eveything clearly explained and choices laid out. I have total trust in these folks.
Excellent care from kind, caring, and knowledgeable vets. The clinic is clean and attractive, with supportive and friendly office staff. There is no problem getting an appointment within a reasonable time. As a long time dog owner, exhibitor and breeder, I'm very happy to have found this clinic!
First time visit, it was truly an emergency & they worked me in within an hours time max. Compassionate & understanding. Flexible when I was unable to make the complete payment that day due to it being an emergency/unscheduled visit. Staff was extremely pleasant & genuinely concerned about the animals.
Really thoughtful and caring providers. The vet was really generous with her time and answered all of my questions. You can tell they truly care about my dogs heath. The facility is really conveniently located in the middle of downtown waynesville and parking was readily available in their parking lot.
My family has had a wonderful experience with the Animal Hospital of Waynesville over the past week. Dr. H spent most of his Saturday caring for our very ill 12 year old cat Wendal, and took every measure to ensure his comfort. We ultimately had to say goodbye on Wednesday, but the entire staff was compassionate and knowledgeable throughout the week and we couldn't have asked for a more eloquent farewell. The molded paw print impression we left with will be cherished. Carmella (resident kitty) was the friend I needed in a very difficult time! Thank you all!
The staff here are highly skilled and knowledgeable. Their first concern is the health and safety of your pet/family. You could not ask for better care from your veterinarian. An identification card will be issued with a photo and all pertinent information, and they make you feel at home while they do it. You dont feel like just another customer in a sterile environment. Two thumbs up go the best veterinary team in western North Carolina!!!!
